…the Hainanese chicken with claypot rice at CLAYPOT KING in Glen Waverley.
Eric’s parents recommended this dish so we went with them to Claypot King to celebrate Father’s Day last month… it literally blew our socks off! The chicken was soooooooooo incredibly tender, and the rice… was so amazing that it inspired me to try and learn the art of Malaysian claypot cooking {unfortunately though, we have an induction cooktop so claypot cooking would seem an impossibility at this stage in life :oops:}!
Anyway… it’s definitely worth the drive even if you live no where in the vicinity of Glen Waverley… 😆
